The employer will prepare you for the workplace with a robust introduction and induction to our business.

Identify all key areas of responsibility. Support you to work with others in an effective manner, and how to always work safely.

Alongside this there are great training opportunities and some of the courses that you will access are: In addition, you will be placed on a company- wide induction program to cover all specific areas of training required as part of the role.

You will also receive site induction, meet the team. You will receive training on the use of any equipment that is required for you to do your daily tasks.

You must be aged 16-24 and in receipt of Universal Credit to apply for these opportunities. You cannot apply for a Kickstart Placement directly with an employer. You need to be referred to these opportunities by your Work Coach.
