Summary of Offering
EN:Able Communities is a Gateway focusing in the construction sector and the charity/ social enterprise sector, mainly in the Yorkshire & Humber, but prepared to support organisations nationally.
Our offer is:
- As part of the Gateway service, we intend to keep in contact with the employer and Kickstart employee on a periodic basis to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
- Employability support – 8 remotely delivered session, supported by an E Learning package for some additional sessions. The session are IAG, CV/ interview practice, where to search for jobs, use of Voluntary opportunities, Action planning.
- The employer is encouraged to provide mentoring, and other training on top
- We have also partnered with a special youth-based charity (Sheffield Futures) that can offer mental health / Well Being services as well if required.
