Summary of Offering

The fully-funded FastFutures programme is designed to give young people the skills and mentoring they need to kick-start their career.

The programme is open to anyone aged 18-24 and is delivered remotely. In 10-12 hours a week for 12 weeks the programme covers digital business skills that employers need right now, one to one mentoring and networking. Learners will get exposure to our amazing employer partners, work on a group business challenge and take part in a mock interview to help them become more employable and stand out as a great candidate at interviews.

So far over 3,400 people have taken part in this remote programme with 97% saying they feel more employable as a result and with 53% finding work or getting interviews within 6 weeks of completing the programme.

This programme is perfect for anyone completing a 25 hour a week Kick Start placement. 12 weeks, 10 hours a week of self-study, live classes, mentoring and group work. And it’s free!
