About This Opportunity
3 week work academy (training, work experience and guaranteed interview).
The job purpose is to work on behalf of our various clients communicating with their customers. Our Customer Advisors (CAs) must be comfortable speaking to people over the phone and for some roles communicating in writing via email and webchat. The type of contact depends on the contract; Sigma provide various services including credit management, customer services and complaint handling.
Eligibility & Requirements
You are required to be 19 years and over, in receipt of Job Seekers’ Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support or Universal Credit.
