We can give guidance on possible career paths should the young applicants wish to take up a career in Food Manufacturing.

Utilize office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio to document Business Processes and supporting documentation required for Centre of Excellence initiatives allocated to the Business Process Manager.

Carry out documentation audits.

Utilise software solutions to provide reporting Dashboards for Key Performance Indicators such as Power BI or Qlik.

Help support implementation of new solutions supporting process.

Manage communication with the business to drive continuous improvements.

Prepare and maintain project plans and task trackers.

Prepares process and training documentation.

Tracks, monitors, issues and analyses Process Health KPIs.

Cooperates with Business units on identifying and eliminating root cause of possible issues.

Facilitates effective utilisation of systems and reports to maximise standardization and automation.

Support the booking and administration of training sessions to drive improvement of process.
