Technical Degree Apprentice

Based at one of our manufacturing sites, our Degree Apprenticeship provides a blend of on and off the job learning, exposure, experience, and education so that you can develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to kickstart your career in the food industry. Our Technical teams protect our customers and colleagues through promoting high standards and developing innovative techniques to ensure food quality and meeting of food safety objectives. Your role will involve ensuring that our products meet the high standards our customers expect of us, by ensuring we meet quality, safety and legal requirements within our factories. At the end of the programme, you will transition into a Technical Management role that is supports your future career goals of becoming a technical professional within the food industry.
