As a Business Analyst Apprentice at ABP, you'll be at the forefront of completing a Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship, with the exciting potential to progress onto a degree apprenticeship for the right candidate. Collaborating with business representatives and IT teams, your role is pivotal in understanding and translating business requirements into innovative IT solutions. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be key in maximising the benefits of IT systems within the workplace.
Your apprenticeship will be a journey of learning and development, where you will acquire hands-on experience defining, designing, and delivering the changes that will drive real value for the business. You will be encouraged to stay abreast of the latest digital solutions and exposed to best practice frameworks in business analysis, project & change management, design thinking and lean, participating in continuous learning activities.
This 18-month, Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship provides a springboard for future career progression within Digital & IT, as well as the wider business and you will be supported every step of the way by an enthusiastic team, committed to your ongoing professional development and training.
