Looking for new activities to try? Want to meet people in a safe space and get out of the house? Welcome to the Happiness Hub in Darlington.
This is a safe space – every Tuesday from 1 pm – 3pm – for young people to be able to engage with each other and take part in activities aimed at improving their mental health.
What will you do
Activities include:
- Tree planting
- Nature walks
- Growing fruit & veg
- Gardening
- Social action
- …and much more.
How can The Cabin help your personal confidence?
You can share experiences, knowledge and skills whilst working towards a shared purpose. You’ll get support from others in a relaxed setting with practical, proactive activities that can help you develop new skills and increase your personal confidence too.
If you like the idea of volunteering and social action, you can also enjoy opportunities to ‘give back’ to the local community through social action activities. It can help you feel good to be a part of something.
