You will learn to use your marketing and promotion skills to maximise and promote fresh products like meat, milk, chilled, bread and cakes.
You will also layout the merchandise, manage the quality of product and support waste control, stock rotation.
You will receive induction to the company, accredited training to level 1 or level 2 for health and safety, food safety, customer services and handling complaints.
You will have workshops.
training and coaching on : employability skills, CV and cover letter, interview techniques, motivation and self-confidence.
