Facilities Programme, NHS – Rolling Programmes #WestMidlands

This programme is for clients who are interested in pursuing a career in facilities (Porters, Housekeeping or catering) within a health service environment.

Role Overview

The programme provides clients with both employability and vocational based training relevant to the job role. On completion of the programme clients will be case loaded by our Employment Coach who will notify them and support them in their applications to admin jobs. If successful clients will be supported through the recruitment process until they are issued with a start date. We also offer clients wrap around pastoral mentoring support if required.

Duration

The programme is delivered in 9 days over a 3 week period with follow up job matching support for up a period of 16 weeks.

Frequency

Courses run approximately 4 times a year.

Entry Requirements

Clients must achieve Entry Level 3.0 in both a literacy and numeracy assessment.
