The Prince’s Trust and Great Western Railway are running a FREE four week training and work experience programme for young people aged 16-25, not currently in education, training or employment who are interested in working in customer and transport support services, specific to the railway industry.
GET INTO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH GREAT WESTERN RAILWAY
The programme will include the following:
- Gain a Food Hygiene Qualification
- Complete training and work experience at London Paddington Station
- Training topics will include; customer service, conflict resolution and employability
- Be considered for a job with Great Western Railway at one of their stations
- Customer Service roles both on board and in station as well as apprenticeships.
PLEASE NOTE: Young people will need to complete a DBS on the Taster day and there will be a drug test prior to the programme starting.
TASTER DAY: Tuesday 31st October 2017
LOCATION: Central London
MAIN PROGRAMME: Monday 20th November to Friday 15th December 2017
