Customer Services 3 Week Programme from the Princes Trust: Coventry – #CreateYourFuture

Explore this exciting opportunity for young people to gain professional experience in the transport service and customer service sectors!

Not in work, education or training? This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with 3 major train companies to gain experience and relevant qualifications within Customer Service (Avanti, Cross Country and West Midlands Trains).

This is a 3 week programme that will consist of employability and personal development workshops, as well as gaining hands-on experience working on trains and in Stations across the West Midlands, with exciting visits to simulators and London Euston included!

On this programme, you’ll:

  • Gain FREE Customer Service, food hygiene and first aid qualifications
  • Gain valuable work experience on Trains and stations across different stations, depots and training sites, including Crewe, Tysley and Euston

Successful applicants will have the potential to join the Staff bank, with roles available onboard and at local stations and all travel costs will be covered.
