Bauer’s Specialist Commercial team, work across a huge number of products in every channel that its brands operate. The role

To work closely with the Commercial Directors and Account Managers on maximising the revenue and profit potential of three key affiliate revenue streams. You will be:

  • Working with customers, internal stakeholders, project management and advertising agencies to evangelise, win, and execute innovative branded affiliate sales solutions.
  • Have responsibility for and manage customers across relevant markets for their affiliate branded content activity whilst working with existing account managers to introduce affiliates to their relevant customers.
  • Understand and deliver new affiliate opportunities to your direct customers and account managers to ensure the latest, most relevant products are delivered to continue to drive revenue.

This role will see the successful candidate working with Bauer brand stakeholders, affiliate team colleagues, and external partners at all levels. The candidate will develop a strong knowledge of the Bauer portfolio and a level of trust that indicates they have the brands and our partners best interests at heart.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Required – Customer management skills, and experience working with brands and digital Project management and delivery teams
  • Required – Experience in selling and closing innovative branded content solutions
  • Required – Excellent digital knowledge and extensive experience with selling digital solutions
  • Be a restless self-starter, inquisitive, able to build a network of relevant people and teams to support you in this role & a proven solid problem solver
  • Having great time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Adaptable relationship style
  • Collaborative and inclusive way of working
  • Expertise in using presentation, word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Experience in using dashboards as part of the sales process
