This service will offer support via 121 mentoring sessions with a project worker to help you solve and overcome practical obstacles and create opportunities for change.
If you are between the ages of 16-30 and are associated with or at risk of involvement in gang culture, have underlying entitlement to UC or other legacy benefit and are motivated to end affiliation we can provide support.
How It Works
Bespoke 1-2-1 support: We will create a personalised action plan to identify practical solutions and support change.
Activities, Advocacy, Engagement: We will work with you to explore your interests and hobbies, and advocate on your behalf to access financial support.
Employability support: we will help you to identify suitable courses, gain access to a bank account and make arrangements for work placements and employer visits.
