Membership to Youth Employment UK is a strategic step for organisations that support and employ young people, and who want recognition for their commitment to creating quality opportunities. Our diverse networks of young people are looking for organisations committed to The Good Youth Employment Standards.

Our Members gain access to support, advice, resources and insight from the leading youth employment experts on evolving youth employment topics.

The benefits:

Good Youth Employment Badge

Demonstrate to young people that you meet the Good Youth Employment Standards by displaying the Good Youth Employment Standards Badge on your website and recruitment posts – once you have joined our Membership we will support you to continue to develop your practice.

Good Youth Employment Benchmark

Access the Good Youth Employment Benchmark which provides a custom report on organisational practice. The Benchmark is a comprehensive tool which allows an organisation to assess their practice against Early Careers, Work Experience and Employment Standards. Your bespoke report will give you a guide to where you are meeting best practice and where there is opportunity for further development.

The Good Youth Employment Benchmark is supported by the Youth Futures Foundation and the Careers & Enterprise Company.

Each year Youth Employment UK will produce an annual report, providing national insight on the impact of the Benchmark and the organisations taking part.

Employer representation

Join a community voice and have representation across government on key youth employment issues currently impacting your business.

Youth Employment UK is the Secretariat to the APPG for Youth Employment, a Co-Chair of the Youth Employment Group and has strategic relationships across government. Your Membership will provide you with opportunities to have your say in our policy and insight work.
