This is open to graduates with any Degree and is spread over two years. The graduate spends time in almost every department in the business over two different hotels experiencing the entry level positions and taking on more responsibility over time.
By the end of the Programme the participant should be ready and prepared to take on any junior management role. Participants are given a full company induction and training and development to help them build their foundation, developmental and management skills.
This Programme suits candidates who wish to get into hotel management and are not sure of which department or area they want to work. A love of guest-facing interactions and a can-do attitude will take a candidate far! A mentor will guide you and be an ally and this relationship will continue through into your first managerial role.
What is vital for this Programme is the ability to work hard, some hospitality experience, a positive mental attitude and resilience.
Management Programme 2
This Programme is open to people with no or few qualifications. People are recruited based solely on their experience and attitude. The participant has up to four years to complete time in the various departments of one hotel, gathering entry level and then management experience through time.
There is pressure to work hard, learn on the job, grab new opportunities and prove you are ready to leave the Programme and take a junior management role when the time is right for you.
Participants are given a full company induction and training and development to help them build their foundation, developmental and management skills. A mentor will guide you and be an ally and this relationship will continue through into your first managerial role. Vitally, candidates must show they can learn, take feedback, love working with people and delighting our guests – and want to push themselves onto a successful career.
