About This Opportunity
This Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) approved programme is for people who wish to take health related courses at university, but do not yet have the required entry qualifications. It has been designed for students who have been away from studying for some time.
Access to HE courses are designed as an alternative to A Levels. At the end of the course students go on to university to study a range of health related degrees or diplomas, such as nursing, midwifery or physiotherapy etc.
Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants are required to have a Grade 4 (C) or above in both maths and English/English Language. Selection is on the basis of an interview and completing an initial assessment.
If you would like help with your numeracy and language skills before starting this Access course, please enquire about our Pre-Access courses which are designed to prepare people for Level 3 study.
