How can your organisation support staff working from home, what issues are occurring and how can you make the transition easier?

In this Masterclass Youth Employment UK will explore some of the challenges faced by young people who are working from home. Whilst it has become the new normal, young people are facing challenges in working from home, we discuss these issues and provide guidance on how to talk through and solve them in this masterclass.

This Masterclass will explore:

  • The challenges facing young people working from home

  • Possible issues that line managers may come across

  • How to ensure a positive working from home policy for young staff

All colleagues attending the session will receive – a link to the presentation and recording, if relevant copies of case studies. Youth Friendly Employer Mark Holders will also benefit from additional resources and support available following the webinar in their Members Dashboard.

The Youth Friendly Employer Masterclass aims to provide space for youth employment colleagues to come together and explore a key topic. The sessions aim to provide space to think, explore and to learn from some of the best youth employment practices.

Please note that this session and its content will not provide specific legal advice or guidance and organisations are reminded to talk to HR & Legal Professionals before undertaking any staffing action.
