Are you a trainer, youth worker, support/key worker or adviser working with young disadvantaged adults in either formal or non-formal learning?
Come and join us to find out more about The Health Points learning platform.
Health Points is a “game based approach to health promotion” for disadvantaged adults, aged 18-29 years. The aim of the project is to support learners to improve their Health literacy and wellbeing so that they can avoid developing serious health issues in later life, related to life style, e.g. cardio vascular diseases and diabetes.
A consortium of European partners have been developing the 5 Module approach, which is designed to complement your existing provision by equipping trainers and educators with an innovative tool to promote awareness and provide information on health related topics to young disadvantaged adults.
The aim of the session is tell you more about the project and to encourage a small test group of trainers to sign up to the next steps.
