We are delighted to invite you to join Youth Employment UK’s Youth Ambassador’s for an exciting and interactive session on retaining and supporting neurodivergent employees in the workplace.
With youth voice at the heart of this session, our Youth Ambassadors aim to share essential advice and tips with you, along with practical recommendations on how you can ensure you are supporting neurodivergent employees. They will be sharing research, highlighting issues neurodivergent employees may face, gaining insight from a guest speaker, and speaking about their own experiences in the workplace. The session aims to inspire employers, and allow them to reflect on their current practise, and take away recommendations to make their workplace more supportive and inclusive.
We hope this session will:
- Highlight the issues that can arise for those who are neurodivergent in the workplace, including during the recruitment process.
- Share insight from our guest speaker.
- Inspire your company or organisation to reflect on your current practise, and ensure you are supporting employees who are neurodivergent.
- Share best practise tips and advice for you to take away and embed in your organisation, to ensure all employees are supported.
This live online event will include youth-led presentations, case studies, guest speaker Q&A, top tips/recommendations and plenty of time for Q&A.
