The National Youth Engagement Network UK will be hosting a conversation with successful young professionals in finance and consulting, to give you the insider knowledge you need to access this competitive field!

This webinar will give you insight into what it’s really like to work in finance and consulting, and the key advice you need to climb the career ladder.

Attendees can expect:

  1. Increased understanding of the finance/consulting career path and confidence to pursue it;
  2. To have their burning questions answered by expert speakers;
  3. To grow their professional network with like-minded peers.

This webinar is for UK students aged 16-25 and not for organisations.


Fraser Maddox has an MBA from London Business School and is due to start an MBA summer intern programme with Boston Consultancy Group this year. Before studying BSc Economics at University of Aberdeen, he had a Year in Industry, working with oil and gas company KCA Deutag. Fraser has worked as a bank teller and in Scottish Parliament, and has interned with BP in their Commercial Department and at HSBC in London.

Sebastian Winter is an Industry Analyst in the Verdantix Operational Excellence practice. His research agenda covers digital twins for industrial facilities, asset management software, and connected worker platforms. Sebastian also delivers market strategy, voice of the customer, thought leadership, CDD, and digital strategy advisory pieces. Prior to joining Verdantix, Sebastian worked for Trucost, a division of S&P Global, and held positions in China, Brunei and Kenya. Sebastian holds an MSc Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
