This is an amazing opportunity to gain work experience as an Apprentice Business Administrator with Xentrall Shared Services ICT Team based in Darlington, whilst studying towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification. You will communicate with customers, and provide general administrative support to the Team.
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Ordering of ICT Equipment, software and services
- Updating ICT records across multiple platforms
- Communicating with our customers, and providing general administrative support to the Team
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Business Administration Level 3 qualification
- Training delivered by Darlington Learning & Skills
- One day a week
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There is the potential for you to secure long term employment with the Council upon completion of your qualification, and the ability to also apply for internal vacancies restricted to employees throughout your apprenticeship.
