Join us during National Careers week on the morning of Thursday 4 March to find out more about Traineeships! For parents, guardians and carers, 16-24 year olds and youth workers.
A traineeship is as a stepping stone to an apprenticeship or job, and will smarten up CVs with the skills and experience employers are looking for. Combining both practical, hands-on work experience with education and training – start your future today!Lillie Tempest-Routledge will be hosting and our panel will include:

  • Lauren Bredbere, Trainee and Apprentice graduate
  • Lisa Brooks, Head of Traineeships

They will be discussing:

  • What traineeships are
  • What’s involved (skills, qualifications, English and maths support)
  • Benefits to the individual such as team working, building confidence and a weekly bursary
  • Information about work experience placements
