Confidence is part of believing in yourself. You can believe in yourself when you feel ready to learn and try new things. Confidence is about knowing that mistakes can happen, and mistakes are something you can learn from.

Try saying affirmations like the ones above to yourself every time you look in a mirror. The positive words go into your subconscious as you repeat this exercise over time. Even if you are feeling awkward or do not believe what you are saying, your subconscious will work away on the positive messages you are giving to yourself.
