Developing an apprenticeship programme from square one

We were delighted to welcome Anne Ashworth Head of Employee Apprenticeships at Pearson to lead a webinar for us yesterday. Anne spearheaded the design of the Pearson employee apprenticeship programme following the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy and shared with us her experiences and advice for those organisations who are starting out or looking to further develop their existing programme.
