We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will undertake a level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship with JGA.
Our mission is to tackle youth unemployment, a key part of that is to help young people feel more confident in their skills and future career options. This role will focus on supporting the marketing and promotion of our services to young people, employers and the youth sector.
We are looking for someone who can share our passion for the work we do, you will be a confident communicator, personable and full of energy with a creative streak for supporting youth led projects. The ability to stay organised, coordinate multiple projects and manage your time is going to be vital in this busy role.
You will be delivering key marketing messages across social media channels as well as supporting the development of Young Professional content.

Applicants send through the answers to the questions outlined.
Applications reviewed by a senior staff member and a member of the Youth Ambassador Board. Each answer will receive a score and those applicants with the highest score will be invited for a telephone interview.
Ahead of telephone interviews the applicant will send in a CV. Telephone interview with a senior member of staff, discuss role in more detail and the candidates skills for the key elements. Candidates will be scored against a scoring matrix. Candidates with the top scores will be invited for a formal interview.
Formal interviews will take place at the office with two staff members and a member of the Ambassador Board. Candidates will have a 45 minute interview and be given a situational test. Each element will be scored against the scoring matrix.
References and DBS checks will be taken for successful applicants.
