Our Programme is specifically designed for university undergraduate students, offering the opportunity to transfer skills learnt from university, whilst gaining practical experience of the world of work and contribute on projects and initiatives that will have a real impact on our business. Over the 12-month programme you will undertake two, 6-month placements, working across the business and with colleagues of all levels, gaining a valuable insight into a fast-paced business area.
Whichever area you are assigned, you will have the chance to learn from senior managers, network with peers and build lasting relationships. At St. James’s Place, we believe in continually developing our employees and as such you can expect to attend workshops during your placement that will help you develop a range of useful skills from key skills for project success to learning the best tactics to influence and negotiate effectively.

We are looking for ambitious students with effective communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude, the desire to learn and ability to work well with others. You will need to have completed your A Levels or equivalent and be on track for a 2.2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
