Greater Manchester Talent Match have been evaluating their Big Conversation events.
These occasions have become a central part of the employer engagement strategy, stimulating frank, open and forward-thinking dialogue between employers and young people furthest from the workforce.
The aim of these events were:
- To break down barriers between young people and employers
- Challenge perceptions held on both sides of the employer/young person divide
- Create new networks between employers and young people
