  • Fixed term contract for up to 18 months
  • Based at Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne
  • 37 hours per week
  • Salary: £16,000 per annum

About the Accreditation Apprenticeship

We are excited to be looking for an Accreditation (Apprentice) in the Accreditation & Employer Services team.

We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills, who is confident talking to customers with the ability to work proactively and flexibly across changing tasks. You will have good planning skills and be diligent in keeping accurate records

A bit more about the NCFE Accreditation team and your role…

The Accreditation team works with customers who are interested in delivering bespoke qualifications and/or CPD training that is unique to them. We review our customers’ qualifications/CPD training and provide technical feedback, ensuring there is no regulatory or reputational risk to the business. We input the qualification details on our internal systems, proofread and arrange for testing, to ensure accuracy. We carry out quality checks on our customers’ website and promotional literature, to ensure they are advertising correctly and in accordance with our regulator’s conditions.

The Accreditation (Apprentice) will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to new and existing customers on our accreditation products and services, as well as support with the application process.

  • You will carry out proofreading, quality checks and input data accurately in line with relevant procedures and pay attention to detail.
  • You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building trust and influencing others.
  • You will play a key role in working in a busy team and will plan and co-ordinate work to meet team and personal objectives.
