Kick-start your future with Youth Friendly Employer FastFutures

FastFutures is a free, online digital business skills programme that supports young people into work. FastFutures, our newest Youth Friendly Employer, have opportunities for you to apply to right now.

Anyone can apply, aged 18 to 24, as long as you have a thirst to learn, can commit to a 12-week course and have 12 hours a week to spare. The programme mixes self-paced learning, live classes, FastTalk webinars, and a real-world group project. You’ll also get mentoring from top employers – like BT, Astra Zeneca, the NHS and Barclays – to help you to become more confident, apply your skills, and get the chance to have a practice interview.

FastFutures will teach you essential digital skills in:

  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Teamworking
  • Employability

During the 12 weeks, you’ll be paired with a mentor from one of the employer partners who will help you develop your professional and personal skills, coach you on your CV, and support you with your interview practice.

Job Opportunities

Once you graduate from FastFutures, you’ll receive a certificate for your CV to help you stand out at interviews and demonstrate your new found skills.

You’ll also get priority access to job opportunities from our employer partners who are looking for. Young talent for roles in:
