Ignite Your Success! Start the Customer Service Programme on Monday 19th October 2020 | Youth Friendly West Midlands

Skills Training UK have our Customer Service Study Programme Course starting on Monday 19th October.

During this course learners will complete either GCSE or Functional Skills Maths and English, Customer Service and PSD qualification ( Personal Social Development). The duration of the course will be an academic year with a work placement element next year.

All learners will be engaging in 2 and a half days of learning per week, progressing to 5 days with a work placement.

We have a Stepped Incentive Scheme for our Study Programme Learners which means that if they have good attendance and punctuality they may be awarded some bonuses whilst on the course! They may also be given an additional £25 for the achievement of each of the qualifications completed.
