HealHub – Free Online Mental Health Support for under 25 year olds

Are you aged 14-25 and struggling with your wellbeing due to COVID-19? This free mental health hub can help.

If you or someone you know has been struggling to cope in life after lockdown or has been affected by COVID-19 please feel free to refer them to the www.healhub.org.uk. The heal hub offers free online mental health therapy sessions for 14-25 year olds experiencing the onset of anxiety, the stress of home life, the consequences of “long Covid” or if they are going through a bereavement.

The online therapy sessions will help the young person to take control of their recovery, understand their emotions, build resilience and manage their anxiety.
