Calling all trainers, Youth workers, support/key workers, advisers and all professionals who have an interest in supporting young adults to be more responsible and knowledgeable about their health and wellbeing.

Heath Points is a new and innovative game based health promotion platform aimed at young, disadvantaged adults 18-29yrs.

The aim of this free training session is to teach educators working in formal or non-formal contexts to use the platform to support their learners to develop better health literacy and adapt their habits so that they can avoid developing lifestyle related health issues in later life, e.g. diabetes, cardio vascular disease.

To attend the session you will need:

To be working with young disadvantaged adults 18-29yrs
To bring along a laptop or tablet with WIFI capability to access the platform
To register on the health points platform so you have access on the day:

An interest in supporting young adults to develop their health and wellbeing

After the session you will:

Have access to the free resources to use with your learners and 2 Trainer guides
Be able to give us feedback about how you and your learners have used the resources
Be able to describe any positive impact that it has had on your learners
