This webinar series will run every last Friday 1pm – 1:45 and will see Youth Employment UK bring together a range of experts to discuss key youth employment topics, challenges and opportunities.

The series is open to all employers and primarily focused at those colleagues with a responsibility for HR, Talent, Recruitment and CSR.

As a result of Covid there will be a unique cohort of young people who face an uphill challenge on their journey to employment. As a business, how do you support young people who have because of Covid developed a different range of skills and experiences?

This will cover:

  • ‘Generation Covid’ and their unique journey to employment
  • Best practice in youth employment
  • Recognising talent using a different approach
  • The role of recruiters in identifying applicants from ‘Generation Covid’
