You’ll have extensive knowledge about the motoring industry to do well in this role, but you also need to use this knowledge to help sales – as well as motivate your team and encourage them to build their knowledge.

With great power comes great responsibility. You need to be a fantastic manager with the ability to communicate clearly to the people you manage. You’ll be recruiting members of your team, and setting sales targets for your team to achieve – as well as building a marketing plan to get the word out there about the great products and services your company offers.
