Getting Apprenticeship Study Support

All students studying with NITAL are given the best opportunity to succeed through strong mentoring, support and development at the training centre. You get to study in group sizes of no more than 15. You’ll get great advice and guidance and regular contact with skilled staff. For those on apprenticeship programmes you will be visited every 4 to 6 weeks in company.

NITAL Training and Development is committed to providing a supportive and friendly learning environment for all students.

Getting Apprenticeship Training

Whilst on programme with NITAL you will be given an instructor/trainer who will guide and support you during your apprenticeship. This member of staff will be your first port of call throughout your entire programme, regardless of how long that period covers. Visits will be conducted every four to six weeks to ensure progress is being made. You’ll be observed in the workplace and checked on relevant knowledge.
