You need to be 16+, not in employment, education or training and without a previous qualification in Customer Service. If you are in receipt of benefits, attending this course will not affect them.
Due to funding requirements you need to be living in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough.
You will complete the following units:
- Customer Service Principles
- Understanding How to Work in a Customer Service Role
- Communicating with Customers
- Using a CV and Covering Letter to Apply for a Job
Upon successful completion you will gain a BTEC Level 1 Award in the Principles of Customer Service.
